2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

3. Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Perfume products are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
